Since this was posted in May some unhelpful person has taken down the link to the original image.

It was a diary piece in a newspaper - I think The Times - referring to an occasion when a barrister whose surname was Bond appeared before a judge called Mr Justice Blofield.

The judge stroked his robes as if he were stroking a white cat, and said "We meet at last, Mr Bond" ...
